UNO documentary: Maria Fomich and how jewelry found her

Who: Maria Fomich, jewelry designer and metalsmith

Film by: UNO student and filmmaker Eric Bray

Editor's Note: Maria Fomich thinks of jewelry not only as adornment but as art that can be worn on the body. By documenting her craft, UNO student and filmmaker Eric Bray discovers the life of a self-employed artist who believes that her business is an extension of her. As she explains, jewelry found her, and not the other way around. You can find out more about Maria Fomich and her work here as well as visit her store Adorn and Conquer, which is located in The Rink (2727 Pyrtania Street, suite 6).
