Food Porn Friday: A Crock Pot Conundrum

When a friend of mine recently sent out a call for good recipes featuring beef short ribs, she unknowingly planted an idea in my head that  I just couldn't shake.  All of a sudden, I wanted -- no, NEEDED -- a big plate of short ribs. It was like the Jedi mind trick of food. Luckily, Korean-style braised short ribs are a snap when you use a crock pot (plus they make your house smell amazing all day).
