Meet : The Lucifer Suite at The Saint Hotel. The Saint Hotel has just added five new suites, each named after an archangel: Gabriel, Christopher, Raphael, Michael, and everyone's favorite -- Lucifer. That's right, The Saint now offers guests the option of getting away from it all...in a Lucifer Suite. The 1,800 red and black-hued suite boasts everything its name suggests, and then some: black marble bathrooms; rich burgundy walls; plenty of leather and plush fabrics, a Murano chandelier; refinished Victorian furniture; hidden televisions; a full bar set up; floor to ceiling, red LED lights and a private stage with lighting, music equipment, dance pole, and mirrored disco ball.

Designed for Lucifer or by Lucifer? You be the judge. For photos, click here.

Eat : The Mardi Gras burger at Phil's Grill. Phil's featured burger of the month for February will, naturally, be Carnival-themed: an andouille/angus patty topped with Zapp's crusted red beans and rice, charred chive aioli, and shredded cabbage. The burger ($12.99) will be available at all Phil's Grill locations from February 1 - 28.

Drink : The Scott Street Punch at Treo. New Mid City craft cocktail and tapas lounge Treo is open daily from 4 PM - midnight for cocktails; the grand opening is scheduled for February 7th. Although the full cocktail menu is not available, Treo has been rolling out its signature drinks one by one. With NOLA's "frozen spell" -- or as they call it up North: winter -- lifting this weekend, you can expect to see punches as the featured cocktails. The Scott Street Punch ($7) is a refreshing mixture of wheat juice, pineapple, ruby red grapefruit, and spiced rum. And in case you need some nosh with your drink, Chef James Cullen has also been offering daily soup specials.

Adorn : Fleur de lis cuffs ($44) from Wimberly Inc. Wimberly's durable 1 1/2" cuffs are the perfect and subtle accessory to show your NOLA pride without being kitschy. They come in over a dozen color combos (gold and various pastel hues) and, due to their rubberized enamel, are highly durable. Available online and in store at Hazelnut.

Laugh : In some cities, coffee shops don't like giving change for laundry and vending machines. Meanwhile in New Orleans:

flambeaux carriers

Do you really need to add "etc." after "Flambeaux Carriers"?
